This unique mixer utilizes two short high speed mixing screws and a vertical turbo – like the acclaimed Pacemaster – to reliably blend sand with two and three part binder systems separately, so there’s no risk of set-up in the mixer. The Speed Twin high speed, coordinated pump, mix and gate action allows rapid changeover between different binders or varying binder levels.

SPEEDLOCK Controller
Maintain constant resin flow with 98% accuracy from positive displacement pumps even when power, binder viscosity and temperatures vary. Once the pump is calibrated, SPEEDLOCK monitors and continually corrects the pump motor to keep speed and resulting binder flow stable without need for mass flow meters.
