Carver series "CG" Batch Mullers
CG batch mullers
are designed to fill the need for a rugged, low profile, self-contained muller. Exclusive self-cleaning mixing action provides a high intensity, thorough mix with excellent binder distribution and minimal grain coating time. Right-angle reducer drives, directly coupled to the motor, assure reserve power for the most demanding requirements. This series is available with manual or air-operated toggle-locking discharge door, Mull Cycle Control Package and abrasion resisteant shell liners. Muller is shipped as a complete unit, requiring only service connections to operate.
Replaceable Linings
All Carver Batch Mullers (except water cooled models) come equipped with an abrasive resistant replaceable bottom wear plate. Where sharp grain and highly abrasive materials are being mulled, additional replaceable shell liners are available and recommended.
Carver series "GF" Batch Mullers
GF batch mullers are an economical, high value buy in sand mulling equipment. The unit provides a rugged, low maintenance unit for mixing molding sands, sodium silicate sands and all core sands in non-automated applications. Extremely compact, it requires little floor space and no expensive foundation.
The mullers are designed with a vertically mounted, integral gearmotor. This series is available with manual or air-operated toggle-locking discharge doors. There's reserve power to easily handle the most demanding of mulling requirements. Low initial investment and long life make these machine an outstanding choice for large or small foundry operations.
