The Pacemaster TS Series set the standards by which other mixers are measured. It utilizes two slow speed primary mixing screws and a turbo blender.
This arrangement keeps the chemicals separated until final blending just before discharge so rapid setting binders can be used without concern for sand curing in the mixer.
Exact sand discharge is controlled using PLC controls with adjustable timers and memory.
Timers govern the primary mix time, the moment of turbo activation, and the synchronized control of inlet and discharge sand gates to assure first sand – and last sand out – is "Pacemaster quality." Simple on/off control is also provided on a control station at the mixer discharge.
Single Arm (SA) configuration is the standard Pacemaster mixer with mixing troughs mounted on a swivel bearing with 270 degree rotation.
Extended Reach (ER) configurations in which the mixing head is mounted beneath a swinging boom for added reach and movement.
Mobile configurations in which an ER mixer along with a complete sand and binder supply system are mounted on a traveling base for greater coverage across the molding floor.
