Additionally, a broad range of popular and often imitated automatic core machines is offered for all popular core processes. MIXERS-CONTINUOUS - Famous Pacemaster® twin screw continuous mixers deliver up to 2000 lbs. of mixed sand per minute in both single arm (SA) and extended reach (ER) configurations. Maxi/Mul® and Speed Twin™ models are offered for applications where different sand formulations are desired for facing/backing and to allow pausing with zero retention of sand. MULLERS-BATCH - A broad range of models offer efficient preparation of core sand formulations including all the advantages of the batch mode operation. Proven Carver mulling action is achieved with any desired level of automation and with batch sizes up to 1200 lbs. SAND RECLAMATION - CALCIFIRE® direct fired thermal sand reclaimers are designed and manufactured to eliminate combustibles from spent chemically bonded sand with maximum thoroughness and efficiency.
