Sequence for Horizontally Parted Fixed Tooling
The versatility of CoreCommand tooling options allows either fixed or loose,
cope/drag or open top, horizontally parted tooling to be efficiently
accommodated.
The diagrams here illustrate the machine action for a typical horizontally parted
fixed cope/drag type core box.

Start Clamp Blow
Head assemblie transfer right for blow; left for tamp, gas/purge and reload. |

Tamp Gas Purge Reload

Unclamp Cope Eject
Cope eject actuates as core box opens. Shuttle table transfers outward and drag eject presents finished core. |
