Integrated electric hoist
simplifies core box handling |
Tooling Versatility
To meet the needs of the widest range of applications, virtually all vertically and horizontally parted tooling - fixed or loose - is acceptable. In addition, tooling arrangements requiring blow tubes and core tamping can be accommodated. Two CoreCommand models are available with generous tooling envelope dimensions accepting tooling for cores up to 95 or 190 lbs with double blow capability further extending the range.
Cope and drag core ejection for fixed horizontally parted tooling is standard.
Precise Tool Handling
Rugged construction, massive guide rods with self-lubricating teflon bearings and powerful hydraulics with advanced closed-loop digital positioning assure fast, smooth and accurate positioning of heavy tooling. A variety of quick-mount features are provided including a powerful vacuum system for mounting tooling
in seconds.
All CoreCommand machines are designed to readily serve as the centerpiece of a complete core production center. Units may be ordered to function with existing support equipment, or built as fully-integrated
CoreCommand centers with programmable Mark Series Batch Mullers, sand supply systems, ECP Catalyst Vapor Generators and scrubbers. Multiple core machines may be served by a single Mark Series sand preparation system in a CoreCommand MultiCenter configuration
