   Simple Advantage®
    Airset Core Machines

Simple Advantage airset core machines are specially designed to produce high-quality no-bake cores from virtually any corebox including loose, wooden, vertically or horizontally parted tooling. These are ideal machines for short runs requiring little or no tooling modification, no special seals and minimal corebox venting. The Simple Advantage even includes an integrated continuous sand mixer. Available in two sizes, the Simple Advantage effectively utilizes the advantages of clean airsetting binders to produce cores up to 50 lbs (22.6 kg) with an easily operated low-pressure blow head.

Operation requires no special skills. Fill, blow and purge durations are controlled by easily adjustable timers. Semi-automatic controls include manual initiation of cycles with full safety interlocks.
